Teams Integration - Create Jira Issue and respond in the same chat

Hello, I have just started using Jira Service Desk and I have add-on "Microsoft 365 for Jira - Outlook Email, Teams, Meetings".

When I create an issue from Teams and then go into Jira website to respond to the issue via Teams, it creates a new chat. I would like to respond in the same chat window. Is this doable?
