Teamworkx Outlook Integration for Jira not working

When I try to connect the JIRA I am Receving the error "fetching JIRA Projects Failed: ......."

Hi @DevAnand ,

Is this for Jira Cloud? 

If this is the case then it can be that you are trying to use username and password to authenticate instead of using email address and API Token instead.

Basic authentication with password has been deprecated and it  is not working anymore. For  details see:

If this is not the case, then please provide  more details on what you are doing (e.g. the exact steps you are following, or a screenshot, or both) since the information provided so far is not enough to be able to help you.
