Templateme Using the Project Email

Hi my organization is evaluating the JIRA addon called TemplateMe.

Once TemplateMe is turned on, does anyone know if it's possible to use the project's defined email address and not the systems outgoing email address for notifications? It seems to bypass it, even though the template is associated with the individual project.
