Tempo Timesheets - Advanced Data Extration

I'm looking to create an easily accessible report where the date range can be modified that contains the following fields: 

 

User Status (Permanent / consultant)
User Email
Hours Status (Open / approved / pending / etc.)

 

I'd preferably like to be able extract this data to Excel, but I'm open to add-ons / REST API suggestions. My organization uses cloud Atlassian products.
