Hi,
Using Jira with Tempo app to get work log reports - works good.
When I try to see Service Desk tickets work log on tempo reports - nothing.
It seems Tempo does not recognize service desk tickets work log.
Any idea ? is it configuration / permission issue ?

Some things I can think of off the top of my head. Do you have a service desk license? Check the permission scheme to make sure you have the ability to "View all worklogs" on the service desk project. You may need to add yourself as a member of the service desk team on that project (users and roles).

Thank you so Much!! I updated the "View all worklogs" permissions and now I can see the Service desk tickets work log in tempo . Yey!
