Tempo forcing From and To time to be entered

Follow a recent upgrade to JIRA server, it appears that we're required to enter 'From' and 'To' times of day when logging work via Tempo.

Is there a way to switch that feature off i.e. I'm not bothered about tracking time to that level of detail?
