The arrow for dropdown list is missing on my insight object field

Hi,

I have created a customfield of type insight object but in the portal the arrow that points out that it's a dropdown list is missing. If I click in the field or on the magnifier the values are shown but our customers are used to see the arrow to know that they can choose between different value. Now they don´t understand how to do. 

I have lots of customfield created of type Insight objects (multiple) (legacy) and for these the arrow is shown.

Is it possible to get the dropdown list (arrow) visible?
