Time Reports module is not working?

We have the same problem in our cloud-hosted Jira instance, for example, when opening a dashboard that contains Time Reports widget, it results in this error:

Nikola hi! thanks for sharing this. We have contacted the support and they found a workaround for us. Go to Jira Settings, apps and you will find the list of apps you have, time reports is in there, you will find the contact.

It is Jira outage, please see/subscribehttps://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/t4hf86p228n1It is resolved for some instances, but some still down.
