Time in status

I have started using this plugin/app within Jira.. I find some issues/limitations for which I need your help. Is there anyway we can touchbase over phone to discuss the questions.. below are the ones listed:

1. Right not the app displays only for issue-type: sub-task, I’m unable to bring other issue-types (eg. Story)
2. I want to see the average time all issues in a period took, right now I see the time listed just individually
3. I want to see how much the cycle time was (eg: if a story went from ToDo to Close, I want to see how long it took)
