Time out error while using "Copy custom field values" script

Hi ,

I am getting "No Stack Trace available" error while copying custom field values using "Copy custom field values" script.  Is this a know bug. Do we have to limit number of issues being copied using the script?

Hi Rajat,

There is a known issue see GRV-763 and GRV-810 that is caused because of browser time out. What you have to do is to make sure that this is the case (check your log files for errors and check if the values are copied, despite the UI message you receive).
