Toggle integration issues

1st on the screenshot : every time, when agents change time entrie in toggle extension after already logged time , they must go to Map toggl entries in jira and re-link new time manualy. Is there any advice to avoid manual actions in this case?

2nd on the screenshot: If jira doesn't support worklogs less than 60 sec, how we can avoid showing these logs in Map toggl entries. Is there any setting in toggle or jira?

Or any another type of integration with jira , where manual actions  won't need ?
