Transition status on issues included in release when fixVersion isreleased()

We are using JIRA Automation and want to change status to "Done" on all issues which is included in a fixVersion (all) and is released.

How can I do that? I have tried with different triggers etc. but without success..

Hi Johanna,

You should be able to achieve your use case using the following rule configuration:

• Trigger: Version released
• Branch: Issues fixed in version
  • May need the following condition depending on your workflow: Issue condition
    • Field: Status
    • Condition: does not equal
    • Value: Done
  • Action: Transition action to Done
