Trying an app and it doesn't load

Hello, I'm new to Jira. I'm trying to implement Jira Work Management for my business and I installed "JSU Automation Suite for Jira Workflows" to make automations easier as the bulk of what I want to do is managing recurring processes/tasks.

However, after installing JSU, I try to run it and it gets stuck on the "Select a Workflow" screen after I've selected the one I want.

I'm not sure what I can try to make this work.

Hi Daniel,

Welcome to the community!

In regards of getting support if you haven't already I would recommend opening a ticket with the vendor, a lot of vendors are on here but not all so you may or may not get support here.

Can I ask what you are trying to automate though? Jira Cloud also has automation for jira and often times using that is a lot easier and may or may not need additional purchase.
