URL generated incorrectly for Quick QR for JIRA add-on

I am testing Quick QR for JIRA.

For certain JIRA projects, QR codes are not generating.

I cannot sure what the problem is because QR code generated for certain JIRA project perfectly. 

 

Are there any restriction or any requirements in permission or any settings?

As an alternative, Better PDF Exporter can also export QR codes from Jira information (and any other type of 1d or 2d barcodes):
