Unable to Enable this Plugin

Its shown as free plugin but when i try to enable this plugin in my instance its saying "This add-on failed to enable. It may require a license. Refer to the logs for more information."

Please provide more detailed information from JIRA logs.

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the plugin?
