Unable to Subscribe to the iCal calendar by URL with Team calendar for confluence.
When attempting to Subscribe by URL  to iCloud Calendars with Team Calendars for Confluence plugin, the provided iCloud URL fails to become subscribed with an Error message shown in the subscription dialogue.

ERRor:

Error reading a specified calendar. Error code: HTTP {0}.
