Unable to clone issues after installing the Improved Clone Issue Operation Plugin

To be more accurate I am the admin of JIRA on my project and I am able to clone JIRA records without any issues; however, my co-workers are unable to clone issues. They recieve - Oops An Error Has Occurred.

Can it be related to permissions - check if your permissions are diffrent from your co-workers
