Hi, i'm working on a application that works with your API and i found an odd issue, the users may create an issue from jira but not from the tool, except for those who has administrator rights, i just don t want that every user to be an admin, is ther any workaround on this? wich permissions should i set or how could i solve this?

You can check the create Issue Permission. You can add jira-users group for this Permssion. so every jira user can log ticket.
