Unable to update purchased license on dynamic plugin

We are unable to update the purchased license on dynamic froms plugin - getting below error,

Your add-on license is not valid for us with dynamic-forms. Please enssure that you have entered the correct add-on license.

Also not getting plugin support details.

Please help.
