Unable to view Test Steps and test details for Existing Test cases in Zyphr-Jira

I am facing below Problems with Jira Test cases

1. When I am adding Test case to existing test cycle, I get blank window ,and screen is  frozen, until I refresh it


2. I do not see any test steps and test details for all my test cases
