[Universal Importer for Confluence] - Progress bar forever

I'm trying out Universal Importer for Confluence to import markdown files, but after selecting one file, the progress bar doesn't stop turning and there is never any response.

Is this app still supported ?

Our company is using the cloud version of Confluence.
