Using multiple links

I am trying to use the JIRA Gantt Chart Project and specifically the subtask to subtask hierarchy. Is it possible to do this:

• Epic <--> Story (A issue link)
• Story <--> Task (B issue link)

The configuration allows me to select multiple issue link. I assume that if I select both issue link A & B, this will work but it is not at the moment.

Using version 2.1.14 and JIRA 5.1.7
