Validation of JIRA custom field based on Confluence data

Hi Team,

I used Confluence to capture few metadata (Page Properties). I have a custom field in JIRA and would like to validate this JIRA field based on the Page Property in Confluence. 

I can imagine out of the box, it might not be possible.

Any leads / suggestions how this could be accomplished?
