We've been using the Rapid Board with Scrum for 3 Sprints and when I look at my velocity chart, a sprint that was previously showing a commitment of 11 for 2 Story Point completed is now showing 11-0.
During the last Sprint we changed our workflow so I understand that it could impact previous velocity report. On the other side, when I look at my previous Sprint Reports, I can see that they are "snapshot" because for example on the Sprint Report I see, for a Story, the status that it had at the closing of the Sprint, not the actual one.
So my question is: if Sprint Report are Snapshots of the stories at the moment of closing, why did I see change in my Velocity Chart for my previous Sprints? In the Velocity Chart, is there something involve related to filters or workflow ?
