WBS-Gantt - sharing template across projects? Or copy templates?

I am a new WBS-Gantt cloud user, and I found a way (in a non-production Jira project) to create a series of templates in WBS-Gantt.  This way, I thought I could easily add a standard set of project tasks.

However, when I created a Gantt using a production Jira project (ie, using a project or filter to initially pull tickets from a production Jira project) - the templates were not available.

I tried a number of things, including copying the Gantt with the templates and then changing it's filter, but that only removed the templates in the resulting Gantt.

I also tried creating a new Gantt from scratch (in production), but there were no templates available there.

Templates seem only available in the specific Gantt where you create them, which means I cannot share or re-use them outside of that specific Gantt.

Anyone find a work-around?

Hello @Steven Haworth ,

Thank you for using WBS Gantt-Chart for Cloud! This is Hal from Ricksoft. Unfortunately, the template feature is only available within the same project at the moment.

We use Productboard, which is open to all users to suggest new features for WBS Gantt-Chart. The feature was already raised on our Productboard and can be checked at the URL below:
