WSB Gantt-Chart is not synchronize with jira tasks

Hello,
I have a problem because 

when I create a new chart based on the Jira object, the tasks are downloaded to it.

But they do not synchronize between the tendencies between them, nor the duration or even parent-child relationships.

So - if I set dependency in WSB Gantt Chart - there are no visible on Jira. And if I set dependency on Jira - this isn't visible on Gantt Chart.

It looks like two projects are quite independent...

Why is this happening? Can anyone help me?

Hi,

If you use the server version, dependencies and hierarchies are based on Jira Issue link. However, WBS Gantt-Chart has the 2 types of view 'Gantt' view and 'Project/Filter' view, so that you must configure the right setting. If you see 'Gantt:~' in your top of the left side WBS screen. you should configure Gantt-Setting.

While you see the 'Project:~ or Filter:~', you should configure Global setting.
