Watching community forums

Hi All

We use community forums plugin. My question is is there a way for a user to subscribe to notifications whenever a new question is created in a certain community forum?

Enterprise notifications was written for this purpose - It allows you to watch a page and all of it's descendants.

Could you confirm that Community Forums (plugin) does not natively feature "email notifications" in this very specific case: any topic is added, deleted or has new threads?

In other words, people can be notified only if they are mentioned or if they add themselves as 'watchers' of a specific page?
