We can not install draw.io plugin on Confluence Server

I can not install draw.io plugin as a trial license on our confluence.

Constantly get "Problem accessing add-on file at draw.io Diagrams for Confluence."

Can you help us?

I also tried to browse community but did not find an answer.

See the error in the screenshot. Your base URL is not configured correctly, this breaks the UPM. See this article.

Are you behind a firewall or anything?

Have you tried installing the add-on directly using the .jar file?
