We would like to have Recently Viewed Issues and Assigned to be defaulted to checked in the User Timesheet view of Tempo.
How do we do this?

This is not supported in the current version of Tempo Timesheets. However, I'm forwarding this ticket to the product owner as a feedback. Tempo product owners review all feedback for Tempo products and if more information is required the product owner will be in contact with you.
