What browsers are supported in Zephyr?  Is it the same browsers for JIRA?

Yes , same browsers that work for JIRA work for Zephyr too.It can be used with Firefox and Chrome.

The latest push from Jira/Zephyr doesn't seem to work well with Firefox 62. I can't load Test Metrics or add a new Test Cycle. It works in older versions of FF and Chrome, but it's broken in FF 62.

I don't have an exact list of the supported browsers, the same browser I use for JIRA I have been using for Zephyr.

I have a MAC and I have been using Firefox and Chrome daily without issue.
