What is the best way to build in interaction with the modules? Page? Confluence Question?

The support literature mentions the type "Page" and "Confluence Question". I do not see the option to add a "Confluence Question", but was thinking that maybe the "Page" object was the correct way to add interaction with those taking the course, allow them to add insight, comment, provide feedback. Has anyone been able to successfully use "Page"? It does not allow me to update the page, it's just blank currently.
