What is the context of the JIRA header with Dashboards, Project, Issues for a ScriptRunner script fragment? How can I find out which context to use? Is it via css locators or is there a list somewhere maybe?

You can enable the context debugger: you will find this option in the Script Fragments menu. Mind you, only do this is that's in your test instance, since everybody will be able to see what you see afterwards.

Make sure you disable it after you have found where you want your fragment to go.
