What is the correct way to talk with the Jira Bot in Microsoft Teams?

We added the Microsoft Teams for Jira add-on and the Jira Cloud bot in Teams, but all our requests come back with the answer "Please enter a valid issue key."

On our Jira Cloud instance, an issue's URL looks something like this: https://xxx.atlassian.net/browse/ABC-1234

What should I type for example if I want to watch this issue via the chat bot? I tried the following command to no avail:

watch ABC-1234
watch https://xxx.atlassian.net/browse/ABC-1234

Now it works. I have not changed anything, which is strange for me. But anyway, I am happy with the result, thanks.

I am also facing the same issue any operation results in  "Please enter a valid issue key." on chat. The feature is working on channel though.
