When I create a table in Zephyr, some of the cells do not show up.

When I add a table in the Zephyr, sometimes cell do not show up correctly.   If I make the cells hearders, with the "||" they show up.  If I turn on the test data column it shows up.  

 

But if the test data column is turned off, it doesn't show up.
