When creating an Object in Insight can I filter an attributes choices based on the value of another

I have an Object Laptop which has an attribute called 'Equipment Contact' of object Employee. The Employee object has an attribute called Site of object Site.

Laptop also has an attribute 'Equipment Site' of object Site.

When a user is creating an object I want it so that when the user selects the Equipment Contact to be "John Smith", when they go to select the "Equipment Site" attribute they can only select the Site object that has the same value of the attribute Site on John Smiths employee object.

I have tried using IQL and read the documentation but can't seem to figure it out. The IQL I have attempted to use was "Equipment Site" = "Equipment Contact"."Site" but this didn't work.
