When enter date it set wrong date

Hi,

When we log into the task, it assigns the work log to the previous day on the report side. Example: 3 hours of work was done on 02.03.2022. In the report, this study appears on 01.03.2022.

This can be a date format or time zone issue. Please check the Date and Time configurations: https://everit.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TD/pages/696195511/Date+and+Time+format

Hi @Rukiye Buluntu 

As this is a question about an App, have you tried contacting the vendor? To do this...

  1. Go to the App's listing on the Marketplace
  2. Select the Support tab - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211243/timetracker-time-tracking-reporting?hosting=cloud&tab=support
  3. Choose a contact option from the right-hand menu
