I am about to upgrade to Jira 5.2 but then got halted because VertygoSLA is not yet supporting that version. When will this plugin support 5.2?

Hi,

I'm Romain, the product manager of VertygoSLA.

If you have any need, you can create a ticket on : http://jira.valiantys.com

(PS : Sorry for the delay !)

You'd be better off asking Valiantys this question.

Support for many plugins direct you to answers, and tag them with a specific label, like this one has.

I understand that, but how do you expect the community to know about the vendor's release cycles or development plans?

It's fine for generalised advice and questions, but this (and probably licensing issues) can't be answered by us, you're relying on, well, someone from Valiantys noticing your post. If you contact them directly, you'll get a better response than hoping they're watching here.
