Where is planned time kept in JIRA?

Dear Atlassian support,

We would like to export data of planned hours in Tempo to analyse it for our resource planning. Is it possible? If so, what we need to do to get the data.

From other questions here, I've found:

So far the only export of planned time is in the Excel export. When exporting a user or team timesheet to Excel, you can see the sum of planned hours for a user in the People tab.

Unfortunately, not. Planning on an issue is a Tempo specific function and is not supported in the JIRA issue search.
