Where is the Import from Mantis?

According the help the import should be on page xxx.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ExternalImport1.jspa

(Import & Export > External System Import to open the Import external projects page.)

There are a lot of Trackers, but no Mantis.

Meanwhile i read this: "The following applications are not available for import in Atlassian OnDemand: - Mantis"

Sure it's not there? Have you checked whether the module is turned off?
