Where is the add on user? It doesn't show in my jira-users.

The add on says it is added to my Cloud instance but it is not there. The jira-user is not there either.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When we install an add-on, the user will receive all the correct permissions and it's not necessary to manage it.

A while ago it was possible to find the users on Administration > User, but it was removed since there is no need to add or remove permission or groups for these users.
