Whether backbone can sync issue status between two Jira cloud Next-gen project

I have Next-gen project under Jira Cloud, when I used backbone to do the issue synchronization between two jira cloud instance, the synchronization is ok but with one critical problem "status doesn't synchronized". Is there anyone have the same experience like me? BTW, I have the same issue workflow for both Jira project like "To Do; In Progress; QA and Done".

Hi Sindey,

I just wanted to answer here as well in case other’s also face this issue. As also mentioned just now in the support ticket, in Jira cloud you can synchronize the status (through workflow mapping). However, this is not yet available for next-gen projects. Thus it’s not possible to map the status to the status of the partner issue but we are working on enabling this feature. If you have further questions - feel free to ask here or over the support ticket!
