White page in the masks of Agile (Greenhopper)

When they are called the functionality of Agile, through the Plugin Greenhopper 6.0.8, the data are visualized very below the title (see him attached), there are different empty spaces in the resulted HTML

Can this problem be resolved going on the new version of GreenHopper ?

when I call one function from Agile Menu

came always this screen with a "Blank" Page

I have open a Jira Task by the Atlassian Support, but we haven't resolved the issue

The recommendation as per the support ticket:

1. Disable/upgrade the outdated JIRA Gantt-Chart Plugin

2. Restart JIRA

Not only some Files were corrupt for which cancellation of the Files in the directories of work and cache; restart of Jira and reindex
