Why I can't download the Structure Plugin successfully?

The structure ZIP file that I downloaded is only 689kb. Also the download speeds is very slow.

Hey there, Guo.

Perhaps there is some network connectivity issue on your side? The actual size of the .jar file for Structure plugin is 6.35MB and it is pretty much a smooth sailinng on my side. You might want to check on that.
