Why I can't insert work log even though I have the permission to do it

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have all rights regarding worklog in the project's permission scheme, but as you can see in the picture bellow, the option to insert new worklogs isn't available:
