Why Xray is not pulling Images when created "test" type when created from Story?

We have Xray configured with JIRA version :  Jira v9.6.0.

When we create "Create Test" issues from JIRA story, it used to pull the Images from Description field to Descript of TEST issue type.

Recently it stopped working. I verified the setting "Include Steps Table in Description" under "Miscellaneous" section. It pulls text and just not Images.

Any help would be appreciated.
