I get error URL is not externally reachable. Please check your logs and try again. while trying to save configuration for Call Center for jira service management.

Can you please tell me what is the problem?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Check the settings of the app - I expect they will contain the URL it is trying to reach out to.
