Why does Atlassian Marketplace reviews only allows up to 4 stars?

We all know that Atlassian Marketplace review only allows a review of up to 4 stars, but does anyone knows why?

I'd say the opposite of Chris - they do understand marketing.  A review rating should always be an even number of options, because the data that someone has said "3 / 5" is the same information that someone hasn't reviewed it at all.

The same reason they give out awards with the previous year on them. Cos they don't understand marketing.
