You could also do a page tree copy by using the WebDav interface or use Bob Swift's confluence command line tool to copyPage

Hi Rene,

if you are using the on-demand Version of confluence, you cannot upload any plugin at all. I'm not sure, which version you are using, since you added the on-demand tag and mentioned, you have the installed version...
