Why is Xporter Returning Limited Results

We are running an Xporter (com.xpandit.plugins.jiraxporter)  scheduled report, but the query results are not always complete.  (The query is very large, results can number over 67,000)

Some runs of the same export at other times of the day are complete, so the issue is intermittent. 

Is there a limit to the length of time a report will run for? Could it be timing out?
Where can I find the logs for this plugin?
