Why is my Scriptrunner script field not displaying on any issues?

I created a script field through the Scriptrunner add-on to calculate issue age (actual start date to current date). The script shows successful in the past 15 executions. However, it doesn't appear when viewing the issue.

When following the "where is my field?" path within the issue, it retrieves:

Project and issue type scope is fine

Field configuration is fine

Field Screen is fine

Field value is the problem: The field 'Issue Age' does not have value for issue xx-xxx and will not be displayed on the view issue page. Set value for that field so that it shows up.

What value is the system referring to? I'm not sure how to proceed.

Hi,

When a custom field has no value, it will not show on the view issue screen. That means your field has not been calculated on this issue. Are you sure your script is setting a value ?
